As a native Newporter, Alice has been a Realtor for 20 plus years, she has been a top producer, was named rookie of the year, and is a consistent multi-million dollar producer.
Previously, a broker manager for a top nationally recognized company managing over 15 agents and demonstrating leadership skills. Under difficult economic times, she was able to secure two outstanding tenants who not only were very good on paper, but they also had provided deposits. Although contracts were set to be signed, both candidates fell through and Alice was constantly upbeat and very professional during this difficult experience. Furthermore, she always had outstanding ideas to market my house and promote it to secure a new tenant.
