Brooks has demonstrated to be a dynamic, experienced, manager and sales professional with a history of overachieving.  After graduating from the University of Rhode Island, he began his career as a Manager Trainee for a National Rental Car Company.   In the several years he worked in the industry he was promoted all the way through to Area Manager.  Striving to succeed and find his passion, Brooks went on to work for Bath Fitter as a sales representative.  It was working for Bath Fitter that Brooks realized his passion, helping clients reach their goals no matter how small or large.  Building a rapport and working one on one with his clients to help them fulfill their needs was what he is great at and is what he loves to do.

In 2010 while working with another Real Estate Agency, partnered with his wife Liz Andrews, they were invited by Libby to join her team at Libby Kirwin Real Estate.  Recognizing his immense potential, Libby asked Brooks to become an integral part of her Property Management operations. Results oriented, with an instinctive ability to build trust and rapport with clients; Real Estate and Property Management has become a perfect outlet for his talents and creativity.
