Born and raised in upstate Berlin, NH Kelly took a leap of faith and traveled out of state to pursue her education at Springfield College. It was leap that people from her home town don’t take that got Kelly a Bachelor’s in Physical Education and a Masters in Higher Education. Kelly’s determination to make her family proud finally landed her a great job at Salve Regina University in Newport, RI as an Area Coordinator and most recently getting promoted to be the Coordinator of Community Service.
Kelly’s dream of living by the water and the beach had finally come true. Since becoming a resident of Newport about seven years ago, Kelly has become a staple in the community with her hard work at Salve Regina. She has focused her efforts on helping students understand the importance of education and volunteering. Kelly has spent countless hours volunteering her time for Hope Funds for Cancer Research and has lent many a helping hand to people and family’s in need.
Kelly developed a new passion shortly after moving to Newport, she grew to love running. Kelly ran her first marathon through the streets of Newport and Middletown. It was during her training runs that she grew a great appreciation for the intricate homes on the island and instantly knew this was an amazing place to live. Kelly was so intrigued by these homes she began to pursue a career in Real Estate. This was another way she could help others. Kelly was thrilled to help her clients find their perfect rental or house so they too could enjoy Newport just as much as she did.
In 2007 Kelly received her real estate license and began working part time focusing on Rentals for Bellevue Realtors. By 2009 Kelly transitioned over to Capitol Realty where she started to gain more interest in selling homes. Now Kelly looks forward to being part of the successful Libby Kirwin Real Estate Team and broadening her skills and passion to help others.

When Kelly is not working and volunteering she enjoys spending time with her husband Graham going to the beach and staying active running and competing in triathlons!
