Kim and I wanted to thank you for the great job you and your team did in selling our home on Wapping Road.
I was impressed at how professionally everything was handed and the respect you showed to the memories of almost 30 years. It was as though you knew the ambivalence we felt .
I was trained as an attorney and I usually find it difficult to work with realtors on agreements. I compliment you on your knowledge of the law and a willingness to work with suggestions. There are always make or break issues that must be approached just right and you were able to do that.
Another thing that impressed me was how hard you worked to make this deal work for everyone. I like to get answers night or day and any day of the week and that is the way you work.
We will miss our home but I know the new owners will love it the way we did and make new memories with their family.
It is truly a one of a kind property and you were able to market it that way.

To whom it may concern,
I have 2 rental properties in the Newport RI area. I was losing tenants and having issues that my property. The property manager just wasn't addressing or wouldn't accept responsibility for her mistakes; BIG problem. Since I live out of state I need a person who will make sure my tenants are happy and they have a good time on there vacation, because I feel the customer is always right. Right after Brooks took over last winter, he helped remarket my homes and gave suggestions to improve. This past summer I screwed up and doubled booked, and Brooks stepped up and made sure both of my tenants were happy. That is when you know you have someone covering your back. So Brooks and Libby Kirwin have really been a big plus for me and my properties.
